Aronfeld Trial Lawyers was founded by Spencer Aronfeld, who has built a national reputation helping victims of malpractice and negligence. All of our lawyers have extensive backgrounds in personal injury cases and a dedication to helping individuals reach favorable outcomes. In addition, we have a dedicated multilingual staff.

Spencer Aronfeld has sought compensation for people against Walt Disney World, P.A.C. Construction, Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc., Todel Apartments, the Florida Marlins, and more. In fact, Aronfeld was directly responsible for one of the largest verdicts in a personal injury case against Disney, which was recounted in the book Disney: The Mouse Betrayed.

 Aronfeld is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (1991), where he was also Associate Editor of the InterAmerican Law Review and served as a clerk for the 3rd District Court of Appeals and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Likewise, Spencer Aronfeld is an active member of The Florida Bar and has substantial experience in his area of specialty: Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law.

Aronfeld lectures at the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, founded by legendary lawyer Gerry Spence and open by invitation only; he also tours with Mr. Spence. He is licensed to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia, and was admitted to both the Federal District Court Practice (1992) and the Federal Trial Bar of the US District Court (1993). He has chaired seminars for the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and spoken at the annual convention of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America in San Francisco. Despite his national visibility, Aronfeld is deeply tied to the Miami area and has his own weekly radio talk show on WKAT 1360 AM and WLQY AM, a Creole language radio station for Florida's Haitian community. He also funded a scholarship at the University of Miami law School for students who devote significant time to public service.
 
    As with his passion for justice and law, cycling, and art, Aronfeld Trial Lawyers bears his unique stamp, both literally and figuratively.
