Wrongful Death
We currently represent several victims of an allegedly defective
Firestone tire. The tire blew out, wherein a mother and her
child were killed. The case is set for trial in Bradenton, Florida
for the spring of 2002.

Medical and Dental
Malpractice
We have represented several victims in their case against
Reinaldo Silvestre, an unlicensed plastic surgeon who operated
on people in his South Beach office. The case gained international
recognition after Spencer Aronfeld appeared on NBC's Dateline
and the Today Show with the victims.
We represented a client in a case against United Healthcare/CAC
Ramsey for failing to diagnose non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer.
The case was settled prior to trial for a confidential amount.

Product Liability
In addition to the Firestone Tires case, we also represented
people with cases against EV Discount Tire for defective tire
design and manufacture as well as defective repair.

Automobile Accidents
We represented Margarita Periera, a 34-year-old woman who was
involved in a rear end car accident against a driver insured
by State Farm. Initially, State Farm offered just $3,000 to
settle the case, but after a three-day trial, a Miami-Dade jury
returned a verdict for $75,000 for our client.
