2012 has already seen a lot of changes for us at Aronfeld Trial Lawyers. We are happy to announce the addition of our newest associate Natalie Vassilaros and paralegal Gia Acevedo.
"Why I Became a Lawyer"Our lawyers have been working hard and have resolved two car crash cases that occurred in January both for the defendants' policy limits.

We are also appealing two cases that were dismissed by judges in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court to the Third District Court of Appeal. One involved the enforcement of an arbitration contract written in English signed by our client who neither reads nor speaks English, moments before undergoing a complex surgery essentially waiving her rights to a jury trial and the other sadly involves the alleged failure to properly diagnose and treat a depressed patient that committed suicide. We are honored to be assisted in both appeals by
Daniel Bushell a Board Certified Appellate Attorney who practices in Boca Raton.
I believe that no patient should undergo medical care without having the right to hold a doctor or hospital accountable in a court of law, not in an arbitration. To learn more about how to protect your legal rights before undergoing an operation
read this. And most importantly Happy 13th birthday to my little girl,
Sara Rose, Kid Lawyer who is proving to be a chip off the old block.

Here she is (center) working at
Lawyers to the Rescue's Legal Clinic translating Spanish to English for lawyers and clients. I love you Sara. Pictured with our paralegal Gia Acevedo and Attorney
