Manny Diaz was born in Miami and graduated from South Miami High School where he was awarded Second Team All Dade County for Football. He graduated from Florida International University in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Account since 2004. He and his wife Muriel live with thier dog Cookie.

Since 2004 he has served as the firm's Comptroller responsible for both the financial operations and accounting. He is also a named partner at Sachs, Diaz and Diaz, P.L. a full service accounting firm in Miami.
