An attorney for a South Florida mother has sued South Miami Hospital and a doctor because her son was circumcised against the family's wishes; it's a a story that was first reported by CBS4 News.

"For nearly 20 years that I have practiced law," said family attorney Spencer Aronfeld, "I have not seen a case like this. This is not medical practice. It's a battery."
