Cinthia is our firm's senior litigation paralegal and a very valuable member of our team.  She was born in Managua, Nicaragua and raised in Miami, Florida.  She is a proud graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Art's degree in Philosophy.   She also holds an advanced degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaiser University.

She is personally responsible for assisting our lawyers and clients prepare for depositions, answer discovery, obtain medical records and police and fire rescue reports. She works closely with both our clients and their healthcare providers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and treatment for their injuries.

She is responsible for drafting many of the firms' legal pleadings, documents and exhibits.  At trial she helps schedule and coordinate the testimony of both fact and expert witnesses.

She speaks fluent Spanish and lives husband Jose Arias and their son, Tyler.
