Medical and professional malpractice, unsafe drugs, vaccinations, insurance company bad faith.

· Plastic Surgery Malpractice

Our firm has been nationally recognized for its work on behalf of victims of botched plastic surgery. In 2006 Aronfeld obtained one of the largest verdicts in history for a cosmetic surgery case, when a Miami-Dade County jury returned a $5.5 million dollar verdict for his client.

He has been featured in the media and lectures frequently around the country on how to avoid being a victim of plastic surgery malpractice as well as how to represent the injured.

· Automobile Accidents

· Cycling Accident Attorney - The founder of Aronfeld Trial Lawyers, Spencer Aronfeld, is a dedicated cyclist. He is also a Board Certified Trial Lawyer, having spent the last fifteen years in Courtrooms throughout the country representing the rights of the injured. Because of his unique understanding of cycling and the consequences of injury, he is considered to be a specialist in bicycle injury cases. He provides all injured cyclists a free initial consultation and will assist them in obtaining compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, damaged equipment, and changes in the quality of life.

·
Maritime Law - Injuries on cruise ships are technically difficult cases. Often times the cruise line has to be sued in one year from the date of injury. In comparison, slip and fall injuries generally have a four year time limit. In addition, cases often must be filed in Miami. This creates a challenge for the injured party who often lives outside Florida or even the United States.

Spencer Aronfeld has had enormous experience and success in representing passengers injured on cruise ships or in port. In addition, he is pleased to accept referrals or work as co-counsel with out of town attorneys.
