A life changing car wreck occurred behind the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando when a service truck backed into a car driven by Rachelle Smith.
Ms. Smith was simply standing still when a delivery truck that missed a turn backed up into her car. Her car was destroyed and Ms. Smith suffered severe spinal cord injuries. She is scheduled to undergo surgery in Daytona later this month.
Today in Orlando she will testify as to what happened in her deposition. Attorney Spencer Aronfeld who represents Ms. Smith will also be deposing the driver and owner of the truck that hit her.
A jury trial will be held at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida.
