Kendall is an unincorporated region within Miami-Dade County, Florida. This area is populated by about 75,371 people and includes the communities of The Hammocks, Country Walk, The Crossings, Kendall Lakes, Kendall West, and Three Lakes—all subdivisions of Kendall.
The Kendall community is more than 50% Hispanic, as a large percentage of the residents of the area are Cuban, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan, and Colombian, making for one of the top 25 highest percentages of their respective populations within the US. Much of the language spoken in Kendall is Spanish and English—a larger portion of the Kendall population speaks Spanish as a first language than English.
