Tomorrow I begin what can only be described as one of the most bizarre trials of my career. I am representing a woman who was injured by the malpractice of a surgeon. The surgeon after his company settled his malpractice claim has sued her to collect the bill.

The 5 day jury trial starts tomorrow in front of Micheael Genden at the Miami Dade County Courthouse on 73 West Flagler. Jury selection begins at noon.
