Maria Vivanco, Esq.
Maria A. Vivanco is an Associate Attorney at Aronfeld Trial Lawyers. She moved to Miami, Florida with her parents and siblings at the age of seventeen. In 2004, Ms. Vivanco graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in American History.
From 2001 until 2014 Ms. Vivanco gained extensive experience working as a paralegal handling a variety of matters in the area of personal injury. She continued working full-time as a paralegal while earning her Juris Doctorate degree.
She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending Nova, Ms. Vivanco earned a spot on the Dean’s list for three consecutive years, and received a CALI Book Awards in recognition of receiving the highest score in Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiations. She graduated at the top of her class, magna cum laude.
Ms. Vivanco’s primary area of practice is personal injury where she manages the firm’s premise liabilities, slip and fall, motorcycle, pedestrian and automobile claims. She has a keen ability in understanding her clients needs and concerns and strives to obtain the utmost satisfaction for her clients.
With her compassionate personality and extensive background, Ms. Vivanco is an extremely proficient advocate in the area of personal injury. She goes above and beyond to ensure each and every client has a voice and receives the most rigorous and efficient representation.
Ms. Vivanco appears regularly as a consulting attorney on Univision’s nationally syndicated evening news program “Noticiero Univision”. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Maria is currently admitted with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
